A final touch-up session on the day your home is being listed. We go room by room to make sure everything looks exactly right so the photographer and your agent can do their best work.

For homeowners refreshing a space (or preparing one to live in, not list). Paint palettes, finish materials, layout, and furnishings, guided to feel cohesive, calm, and authentically yours.
